Delivery Manager

What you will do

• Lead client communications and manage program-level topics.
• Drive program planning, coordination, and reporting to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Track and report on program KPIs, metrics, budgets, and capacity utilization.
• Identify and manage risks and issues at team and program levels.
• Serve as a Scrum Master, facilitating ceremonies and coaching Agile teams.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Tech Leads, and other stakeholders to foster continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading IT projects and programs.
• Proven experience in managing complex, multi-team Agile programs with international clients.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and the software development life cycle.
• Excellent stakeholder and client-facing communication skills.
• Strong budgeting, reporting, and analytical skills.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Nice to have

• PMP, PMI-ACP, PSM, CSM, or similar relevant certifications.
• Previous experience in a technical role (Software Developer, QA, or Technical Consultant).
• Experience with Agile coaching or process improvement initiatives.
