What you will do

• Lead workstreams within complex client engagements, shaping integrated approaches linking job architecture, job evaluation, career frameworks, and reward structures.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, leading meetings and workshops focused on work, careers, and reward.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of deliverables, providing guidance and coaching to consultants within delivery teams.
• Coach and develop Senior Consultants and Consultants, providing clear direction, feedback, and performance support.
• Contribute to the development of capability, tools, and ways of working, sharing learning and best practice across the Consulting community.

Requirements

• Deep experience across Work & Career Architecture (W&CA) and Total Reward.
• Credible and confident senior client advisory skills.
• Strong systems thinking, able to connect work, careers, reward, and organisational context.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office and comfortable using AI-enabled tools (e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT).
• Background in consulting, reward advisory, or senior internal people roles.
