What you will do

• Deliver reward and job evaluation workstreams within broader client engagements.
• Support the design of reward strategies, grading structures, and pay frameworks.
• Conduct job evaluation and benchmarking activities using hirify.global methodologies.
• Analyze market data to inform reward recommendations.
• Work directly with client stakeholders to gather information and validate outputs.
• Explain reward concepts and analyses in a clear, practical manner and build trusted client relationships through high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• Strong Total Reward expertise and experience across reward, job evaluation, or pay structures.
• Analytical mindset: Comfortable working with complex reward and market data.
• Attention to detail: Able to maintain rigor and consistency across analyses.
• Client-centric approach: Focused on delivering practical, defensible solutions.
• Clear communication: Able to explain technical reward concepts effectively.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office and comfortable using AI-enabled tools (e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT).
