What you will do
- Deliver reward and job evaluation workstreams within broader client engagements.
- Support the design of reward strategies, grading structures, and pay frameworks.
- Conduct job evaluation and benchmarking activities using methodologies.
- Analyze market data to inform reward recommendations.
- Work directly with client stakeholders to gather information and validate outputs.
- Explain reward concepts and analyses in a clear, practical manner and build trusted client relationships through high-quality delivery.
Requirements
- Strong Total Reward expertise and experience across reward, job evaluation, or pay structures.
- Analytical mindset: Comfortable working with complex reward and market data.
- Attention to detail: Able to maintain rigor and consistency across analyses.
- Client-centric approach: Focused on delivering practical, defensible solutions.
- Clear communication: Able to explain technical reward concepts effectively.
- Fluent in Microsoft Office and comfortable using AI-enabled tools (e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT).
