What you will do
- Lead and grow the Assessment & Succession business within an assigned territory, accelerating KF Digital's business.
- Develop and execute strategic commercial plans for key accounts and territories to drive growth and market share.
- Lead complex enterprise sales opportunities in close collaboration with Consulting, Delivery, and Customer Success teams.
- Craft compelling proposals and pitch decks that clearly link product propositions to customer value and ROI.
- Build and nurture a senior-level client and industry network to shape pipeline and growth opportunities.
- Establish operational rigor in pipeline management, sales forecasting, and consistently achieve quarterly quotas.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, specifically in Assessments, HRTech, and HCM areas.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen in constructing value-based proposals and managing large enterprise sales cycles.
- Ability to connect market trends, signals, and customer needs to shape future business strategies.
- Deep familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., Miller Heiman) to instill rigor and predictability.
- Confidence in using analytics, insights, and sales technology to drive decisions and strategy.
