What you will do

• Manage national and international digital client projects in Total Rewards and Work and Career Architecture.
• Deliver high-quality work, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and completeness.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and organize project activities.
• Support business development by participating in client calls and drafting proposals.
• Stay informed on emerging research to provide up-to-date client advice.
• Assist with product development and prepare customer training in Total Rewards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of relevant business experience.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Experience managing large volumes of data.
• Proficiency in applying standard solutions and product offerings.
• Ability to identify and use appropriate tools and procedures.
