Location: Remote (United States of America). Residents of New York, Colorado, California, Washington, Hawaii, District of Columbia, New Jersey, Maryland, Illinois, Massachusetts or Ohio must refer to specific pay transparency information.

What you will do
- Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to build talent pools.
- Follow agreed client recruitment processes for recruitment delivery.
- Conduct competency interviewing to identify and differentiate candidates.
- Manage candidate relationships effectively.
- Communicate position opportunities and client value propositions.
- Identify and communicate continuous improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Pharmaceuticals/Life Sciences recruitment experience.
- 3+ years of experience conducting competency/behavioral based interviews.
- 3+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience.
- 3+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies.
- High School Diploma.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree.
- RPO recruitment experience.
