What you will do

• Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to build talent pools.
• Follow agreed client recruitment processes for recruitment delivery.
• Conduct competency interviewing to identify and differentiate candidates.
• Manage candidate relationships effectively.
• Communicate position opportunities and client value propositions.
• Identify and communicate continuous improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Pharmaceuticals/Life Sciences recruitment experience.
• 3+ years of experience conducting competency/behavioral based interviews.
• 3+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience.
• 3+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies.
• High School Diploma.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• RPO recruitment experience.
