What you will do
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive new enrollment of service professionals.
- Understand Pro’s challenges and goals, and communicate the value hirify.global adds to their lives.
- Initiate contact with potential customers via phone, email, and social media to generate interest.
- Identify and qualify leads by understanding their business needs and aligning solutions with their goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects, providing information on how hirify.global can address their challenges.
- Generate and manage a pipeline of qualified leads, tracking progress in CRM systems.
Requirements
- 1+ years of proven experience as an SDR or similar.
- High school diploma required, college preferred.
- Proven ability to hit and exceed goals in an SDR role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage and build rapport.
- Strong self-discipline and time management skills to work independently and meet deadlines.
