What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end development of AI-powered tools, ensuring technical rigor and scalability.
• Drive generative AI innovation by integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and NLP solutions.
• Ensure compliance and data integrity across all AI models.
• Serve as the technical advisor for senior stakeholders, translating complex AI concepts.
• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, and IT teams to embed AI into core data processes.
• Improve the speed, clarity, and creative output of analytical deliverables.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading AI/ML organizations within B2B SaaS or high-scale data environments.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and the deployment of AI-enhanced workflows.
• Deep understanding of data science, classical statistics, and complex data ecosystems.
• Ability to distill complex AI concepts into actionable business insights.
• A service-oriented approach to leadership, with a history of building high-performing teams.
