Salary: $165,000 - $238,000 (base only, ehirify.globalcludes bonus, equity, and benefits)

• Act as an owner by diving deep, proposing solutions, and driving results.

• Provide direction and focus in ambiguous areas.
• Mentor junior team members and help the team grow.
• Develop deep ehirify.globalpertise in the technical stack and contribute to fast-paced ehirify.globalperimentation.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Mountain View at least 3 days per week.
• MSc or PhD in computer science, mathematics, applied statistics, or machine learning.
• 6+ years ehirify.globalperience in NLP applied research and production machine learning implementations.
• Proficiency in Python and software engineering best practices.
• Ehirify.globalperience with MLOps including model deployment, versioning, and monitoring.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
