• Manage national and international digital client projects in Total Rewards and Work and Career Architecture.
• Deliver high-quality work, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and completeness.
• Collaborate with team members, organize work, and exchange information efficiently.
• Support business development efforts by participating in client calls and preparing proposals.
• Stay updated with emerging research in expertise areas.
• Support product development and customer trainings in Total Rewards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• 1-2 years of relevant business experience.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Experience managing large volumes of data.
• Skilled in applying standard solutions and product offerings.
• Ability to identify and apply appropriate tools, techniques, and procedures.
