What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and support Workday integrations, including inbound, outbound, and middleware-based.
• Build and consume JSON-based REST APIs and Workday web services (REST and SOAP).
• Develop integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, and Workday Extend with limited guidance.
• Own integration development from requirements through deployment and post-production support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, including error handling, retries, and performance optimization.
• Participate in architecture and design reviews, providing implementation-level input.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in enterprise software or systems integration, with 3–5 years hands-on Workday HCM integrations experience.
• Workday certifications (Integrations, Extend, Orchestrate) and expertise with Workday EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, Extend, Business Process Framework, and security concepts.
• Strong experience with JSON-based APIs, REST web services, and XML.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
