TL;DR

Talent Acquisition Director (RPO): Leading the delivery of recruitment services for a global medical technology client, overseeing daily operations and ensuring quality assurance. Focus on project plan execution, team management, identifying sourcing strategies, and managing client expectations to accelerate performance and fuel growth.

Location: Hybrid role, which will require 3 days/week onsite at the client location in Northridge, CA

Salary: $120,000.00 – $170,000.00

What you will do

• Create and execute project work plans to meet client needs and requirements.
• Oversee and support the customized RPO solution for the client.
• Manage day-to-day client interaction, set, and manage client expectations.
• Lead and motivate recruiting teams, defining and communicating individual and team metrics.
• Identify business development and add-on sales opportunities related to the project.
• Ensure quality assurance of project delivery and manage a small requisition load as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or ten years of equivalent work experience.
• Ten years of relevant leadership experience in talent acquisition.
• Experience leading recruiting teams.
• Strong understanding of full life cycle recruiting and industry practices.
• Familiarity with Human Resource laws and functions.
• Business development/sales background or orientation.
