What you will do

• Lead complex organisation design and operating model engagements or major workstreams.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, including Executive and HR leaders.
• Ensure delivery quality, rigour, and outcomes across OD engagements.
• Lead, coach, and develop OD consultants across multiple engagements.
• Provide clear direction, feedback, and role modelling.
• Contribute to the development of OD capability, tools, and propositions.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading complex organisational design and operating model engagements.
• Proven track record in consulting or senior in-house OD/transformation roles with senior client advisory capability.
• Strong structured problem-solving, facilitation, and inclusive leadership skills.
• Resilience, sound judgment, and comfort navigating ambiguity and complexity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable using AI-enabled tools.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
