AIDR SE Specialist (AI): Act as a trusted technical advisor, demonstrating how AI can be monitored and secured, supporting customers during proof-of-concept projects, and documenting innovative use cases. With an accent on deep understanding of AI/LLMs, AI security vulnerabilities, cloud/DevOps, and API integration. Focus on conveying complex technical concepts, conducting product demonstrations, writing architecture proposals, and solving customer challenges in a presales context.
Location: Remote. Must be based in the Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro metro areas in Brazil. This is a Field Sales Engineering role covering all of LATAM.

What you will do
- Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, demonstrating AI monitoring and security.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and address technical questions in early customer engagements.
- Support customers during proof-of-concept projects, ensuring measurable value.
- Document innovative customer use cases and contribute to blog posts and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with a global team in a remote-first environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with enterprise software solutions.
- Deep knowledge of AI/LLMs, foundation models, training methods, fine tuning, RAG application architectures, agents, and agentic AI.
- Strong understanding of AI Security concepts including Prompt injection, PII leakage, Data & model poisoning, Model tampering, Supply chain risks, and familiarity with OWASP top 10 for LLMs and MITRE ATLAS frameworks.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, container orchestration (Kubernetes, EKS, AKS, GKE), Helm, Docker, and secret management.
- Programming and API integration experience with REST APIs in Python or Node.js.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven background in sales engineering, professional services, or technical support, engaging both technical and business audiences.
- Proven success working in distributed, remote-first environments.
- Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish languages.
Nice to have
- Experience with log management, SIEM, and EDR.
- Familiarity with common sales processes such as MEDDPICC, Challenger Selling, or Value Selling.
- Experience managing edge deployments, containerization, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Cloud Provider IAM.
- Moderate DevOps skills and troubleshooting experience.
