TL;DR

People Partner: Building and executing people strategies that drive business forward, serving as a conduit between leadership and the People Team with an accent on talent planning, organizational design, and retention strategies. Focus on applying systems thinking to evolve operations, coaching managers through change, and implementing development plans for improved team performance.

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco or New York City. Requires working from office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

Salary: $185,000–$245,000 per year.

What you will do

• Build deep partnerships with hirify.global’s leadership team, serving as a conduit between stakeholders and the People Team.
• Advise on, create, and execute people strategies that drive business forward.
• Consult with leadership on Talent Planning, Org Design, Retention Strategies, and Change Management.
• Apply systems thinking to evolve operations and improve people programs.
• Share proactive insights from people data to uncover hot spots and retain top talent.
• Support and shape the 360 performance review process, including manager calibrations and compensation planning.
• Coach Managers to lead through change, effectively performance manage, and increase employee engagement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of HR experience with deep knowledge of talent management, organizational design, employee relations, and performance management.
• Demonstrated experience building relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Solutions-oriented with an analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, thriving with async and global teams.
• Understanding of state and federal laws concerning labor relations.
• Curiosity and willingness to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.
• Must be able to work from the San Francisco or New York office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
