TL;DR

Salary: $185,000–$245,000 per year.

What you will do
- Build deep partnerships with hirify.global’s leadership team, serving as a conduit between stakeholders and the People Team.
- Advise on, create, and execute people strategies that drive business forward.
- Consult with leadership on Talent Planning, Org Design, Retention Strategies, and Change Management.
- Apply systems thinking to evolve operations and improve people programs.
- Share proactive insights from people data to uncover hot spots and retain top talent.
- Support and shape the 360 performance review process, including manager calibrations and compensation planning.
- Coach Managers to lead through change, effectively performance manage, and increase employee engagement.
Requirements
- 8+ years of HR experience with deep knowledge of talent management, organizational design, employee relations, and performance management.
- Demonstrated experience building relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Solutions-oriented with an analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, thriving with async and global teams.
- Understanding of state and federal laws concerning labor relations.
- Curiosity and willingness to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.
- Must be able to work from the San Francisco or New York office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
