TL;DR

Account Executive (AI): Driving new business and closing deals for a global connectivity platform with an accent on Voice AI solutions and technical sales cycles. Focus on building pipeline, architecting solutions with technical stakeholders, and representing the company at industry events.

Location: Hybrid role out of our San Francisco office. Must be based in SF or willing to be.

What you will do

  • Hunt and close new business with enterprise and growth-stage companies.
  • Run consultative sales cycles with technical stakeholders (product, engineering, ops).
  • Demo the platform, including programmable voice, SMS, SIP trunking, and Voice AI capabilities.
  • Partner with Sales Engineering to architect customer solutions.
  • Build pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, and personal network.
  • Represent hirify.global at community events, meetups, and industry conferences.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS or platform sales experience.
  • Proven ability to build pipeline from scratch (hunter mentality).
  • Strong technical curiosity (APIs, infrastructure, integrations).
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Comfortable selling to technical buyers and executives.
  • Must be based in SF or willing to be for this hybrid role.
  • Genuine interest in communications technology and AI.

Nice to have

  • Telecom, CPaaS, AI, UCaaS, or CCaaS experience.
  • Sold into contact centers, CX, or developer platforms.
  • Existing relationships in the Bay Area tech ecosystem.
  • Experience with MEDDPICC, Challenger, or similar sales methodologies.
  • Attended or spoken at local tech events, AI meetups, or developer conferences.
