What you will do
- Manage, maintain, and grow client relationships and key stakeholders.
- Execute successful brand campaigns across various clients and verticals.
- Serve as the primary client contact, leading kick-off and weekly status calls.
- Direct projects and teams by providing guidance, direction, and a vision.
- Efficiently manage deliverables, timings, and budgets independently.
- Prepare and present project reporting and recap decks, analyzing performance and providing actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- 3-4+ years' experience in account management within the social space, preferably at a social agency.
- Experience working on sports and FMCG brands.
- Experience implementing social media, digital, influencer, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Detail-focused with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong experience in account management basics, including timeline management, status reports, and client communications.
- Demonstrated passion for and superb understanding of the social media landscape.
