TL;DR

Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager: Owning the strategy and execution of data-driven programs to maximize customer lifetime value, drive product adoption, reduce churn, and expand revenue. Focus on designing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns across the customer journey and leveraging data for targeted experiences.

Location: Must be based in Chicago or Seattle

What you will do

  • Design and execute multi-channel upsell and cross-sell campaigns to drive revenue expansion.
  • Build and optimize retention programs to reduce churn and improve product adoption.
  • Own the customer advocacy engine, generating reviews, case studies, and identifying customer champions.
  • Partner with Customer Success to design and execute data-driven onboarding and activation journeys.
  • Develop and manage customer engagement touchpoints, including newsletters, webinars, and content programs.
  • Lead marketing strategy and execution for the annual customer conference (Agility).

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or growth marketing within B2B SaaS.
  • Deep expertise in building and executing data-driven customer programs across the post-sale journey.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using customer data platforms, product analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute experimentation frameworks (A/B testing).
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the GRC, risk management, or compliance software space.
  • Background in sales-led growth (SLG) B2B SaaS environments.
  • Hands-on experience with customer advocacy programs.
  • Track record of successfully planning and executing customer events.
