What you will do
- Build and execute omni-channel lifecycle marketing strategy for consumer and business audiences.
- Drive product-led onboarding, activation, and monetization campaigns for individual users.
- Develop lead nurturing programs and segmentation strategies for B2B prospects.
- Implement marketing automation platforms and establish communication workflows from scratch.
- Lead A/B testing strategy and continuously optimize messaging, creative, timing, and segmentation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and build performance dashboards to communicate impact.
Requirements
- 8+ years in B2C/B2B lifecycle marketing, CRM, or growth marketing with experience in both consumer self-service and B2B sales-led motions.
- Proven track record building lifecycle marketing from zero-to-one as an early hire at a growth-stage company.
- Expert-level knowledge of email marketing and push notification best practices, including deliverability and compliance.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, Marketo).
- Strong analytical capabilities to inform strategy, design experiments, and measure impact.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA) and privacy-first communication strategies.
