What you will do

• Deeply understand and apply customer journey knowledge to engage customers.
• Manage a large portfolio of customers at scale using automated workflows, in-app messaging, and email campaigns.
• Create and execute digital-touch engagement strategies to increase retention, loyalty, and ARR.
• Experiment with new tactics and technologies, including AI-driven insights and automation.
• Analyze data and metrics to understand customer behavior and measure campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product Marketing, and Field Marketing teams.

Requirements

• Empathy for customers and a deep understanding of customer behavior and journey.
• Experience with customer success platforms and marketing automation platforms.
• Analytical with a strong ability to interpret data and use it to inform decisions.
• Highly collaborative team player.
• 4-5 years of experience in customer marketing or digital customer success.
• Work remotely from either the continental United States or Canada.
