TL;DR

Account Executive, SPV (Fintech): Supporting prospective clients in launching SPVs and securing partnerships with hirify.global, while introducing them to a wide range of ERP module offerings. Focus on managing the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to close, understanding customer needs, and developing comprehensive sales strategies to ensure consistent achievement of goals.

Location: New York City, New York

Salary: $183,000 OTE ($43.99/hour)

What you will do

  • Communicate the business impact of product offerings to Special Purpose Vehicle managers.
  • Manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building to identify and sell new opportunities.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements, acting as a trusted business advisor.
  • Own the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to close.
  • Develop a comprehensive sales strategy and plan to ensure consistent achievement of goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in a Financial Technology or relevant SaaS organization.
  • Proven ability to execute, especially negotiation and closing contracts.
  • Intellectually curious and a fast learner.
  • Articulate, poised, and concise communication skills.
  • Competitive and driven to achieve goals.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and complete E-Verify for employment authorization.

Nice to have

  • Experience in venture capital, private equity, institutional investing, fund administration, or wealth management.
