Salary: $136,000–$170,000 plus variable compensation.

What you will do

  • Own bookings and ARR targets for new business, upsell, and expansion of the GIA AI SaaS product.
  • Build the Go-To-Market plan, including segments, territories, coverage model, and channel strategy.
  • Define and execute the PQL-to-close workflow in partnership with Growth, Product, and RevOps.
  • Build repeatable sales motions for sales-assist and mid-market/enterprise deals, improving conversion rates.
  • Create a structured motion to land GIA into existing accounts, partnering with CSM/Account teams.
  • Hire, onboard, and lead the initial sales team, coaching for high standards and building sales enablement.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Legal, Security, and Finance for roadmap priorities and deal processes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with 3+ years in sales leadership (Director/Sr Director/Head of Sales).
  • Proven experience building and scaling a sales organization from early stages.
  • Demonstrated success in product-led sales or hybrid PLG + enterprise motions.
  • Comfortable selling into regulated or trust-heavy environments (security, legal, compliance, HR, finance).
  • Strong forecasting and operational rigor, with ability to build repeatable processes.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration with Product, Growth, CS, and RevOps.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling AI/agentic SaaS, workflow automation, or HR/legal tech.
  • Enterprise procurement + security review expertise (SOC2, data privacy, vendor risk).
  • Background in usage-based expansion / land-and-expand strategies.
  • International selling experience.
