TL;DR

Sales Operations Manager: Shaping and driving go-to-market strategy for the AMER region with an accent on data-informed decision-making and process optimization. Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, California. Requires in-office work on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

Salary: $185,000 - $220,000 per year

What you will do

  • Partner with AMER leadership to define and drive regional strategy and results through insightful analysis.
  • Support the regional rhythm of the business, including business reviews, forecasting, and pipeline management cadences.
  • Provide actionable insights and visibility to sales performance metrics for regional sales teams.
  • Build reports and presentations for AMER sales leadership to update on the state of the business.
  • Offer hands-on operational support to drive deals forward and advise with decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the GTM Systems team to enhance the sales technology stack.
  • Maintain and embed global sales policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Support global planning processes locally, including target setting and territory carving.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of strategy, operations, and analytics experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS sales operations environment.
  • Expertise in quickly drilling down into the business funnel for outbound and inbound sales motions, and how that connects to revenue.
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative modeling skills; ability to analyze and interpret data, provide actionable insights, and deliver measurable results.
  • Expert proficiency with core sales tools (e.g. Salesforce, Gong, Outreach) and best practices for sales data management.
  • Expert level user of Gsheets / Excel, and experience with BI and Data Analysis tools like Tableau or Hex.
  • Strong collaborator, works well with stakeholders, and demonstrates ability to convey complex information to executives clearly and concisely.
  • Must be based in San Francisco, California, and able to work in-office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

Nice to have

  • Experience in utilizing AI tools for data analytics, or a willingness to experiment and learn.
  • hirify.global power user or desire to learn.
  • SQL proficiency is a plus.
