What you will do
- Own Concord’s overall growth strategy, defining priorities, identifying market opportunities, and guiding the organization toward long‑term revenue expansion.
- Lead new business development and new‑logo acquisition, building and managing a high‑quality sales pipeline that delivers predictable and scalable growth.
- Cultivate strategic relationships with prospective clients, partners, and industry influencers to expand Concord’s market presence and unlock new opportunities.
- Oversee sales performance and operations, including forecasting, KPI development, pipeline visibility, and continuous optimization based on data and market insights.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Delivery, Finance, and Executive Leadership to align go‑to‑market strategies, service offerings, and growth initiatives.
- Build and lead a high-performing growth organization, fostering accountability, coaching future leaders, and ensuring a culture of excellence and innovation.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Sales Management to drive measurable results and strategic growth.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and lead high-performing teams.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to identifying opportunities, analyzing results, and optimizing performance.
- Experience in the technology consultancy industry or related field is highly advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a commitment to excellence and innovation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
