CEO Office Intern: Supporting the CEO and Chief of Staff in strategic and operational priorities for a recruiting software company with an accent on OKR cycles, cross-functional initiatives, and executive communication. Location: Hybrid in Berlin, Germany. Relocation support is provided for candidates moving to Germany.

What you will do
- Support the development of hirify.global’s strategy with the CEO and leadership team.
- Help run OKR cycles and maintain visibility on company-wide KPIs.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives with revenue or productivity impact.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Growth, Sales, Finance and Operations to move priority topics forward.
- Prepare executive communication materials, including board decks and leadership updates.
- Organise management meetings and offsites with strong preparation.
Requirements
- You ramp up exceptionally fast on new and complex topics.
- You produce high quality, structured output at speed, based on data and logic.
- You are comfortable operating in ambiguity and creating clarity for others.
- You are highly tool-driven and naturally use technology and AI to multiply your impact.
- You take ownership without waiting to be asked and reliably deliver.
- You are currently studying or recently graduated and have challenged yourself in demanding environments.
- You have gained experience in high performance settings such as fast growing tech companies, consulting, or investing.
- You are fluent in English.

- Experience in SaaS or marketplace environments.
- Exposure to strategy, operations, or analytics.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
