What you will do

• Define and execute hirify.global' overall partnership and alliance strategy.
• Identify and establish new strategic alliances with leading technology, platform, data, and AI partners.
• Develop joint business plans and revenue goals with key partners.
• Orchestrate regular business reviews, co-marketing initiatives, and executive-level engagements.
• Collaborate with internal marketing, business development, and service line teams to execute joint GTM initiatives.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development.
• Deep understanding of digital experience platforms, cloud providers, and/or MarTech/AdTech ecosystems.
• Proven track record of building multi-million-dollar partnerships.
• Experience managing global cross-functional teams and navigating complex partner ecosystems.
• Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills; ability to inspire and influence executive-level leadership.
