What you will do

• Deliver against revenue quota and establish sustainable revenue streams.

• Represent hirify.global as an industry expert at conferences and events.
• Partner with global teams across Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.

Requirements

• Based in Japan for remote work.
• 8+ years in a closing sales role with a proven track record.
• Prior experience selling hospitality software or B2B SaaS solutions.
• Track record of launching new markets or building business operations from scratch.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and guide teams effectively.
• Highly motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep understanding of the local business culture with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
