What you will do

• Maintain a strong understanding of business performance, priorities, risks, and emerging hot topics.
• Collaborate with leaders throughout the organization by reviewing executive-facing materials and providing clear, practical feedback.
• Act as a connector across functions, proactively identifying when quick action is required and facilitating alignment.
• Build and sustain strong, positive relationships across the division and with key cross-functional partners.
• Lead and manage a team responsible for the division’s annual planning and business management cadence.
• Build and facilitate forums that enable cross-functional information sharing, driving alignment, transparency, and effective exchange of insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
• More than 15 years of experience in business operations, business management, strategy, analytics, FP&A, sales planning, or similar roles within complex organizations.
• Proven background in FP&A, Sales Planning & Analysis, or Analytics with the capability to analyze business performance and trends.
• Prior experience in management consulting or an internal consulting/advisory role is strongly preferred.
• Strong business insight with the ability to quickly assess performance, implications, and required actions.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; diplomatic, clear, and constructive.
