What you will do

• Analyze and solve complex, loosely defined problems using data.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate findings to various partners.
• Lead mid-size analysis projects, managing timelines and dependencies.
• Build dashboards and automated reports using Tableau or Power BI.
• Write advanced SQL queries and support data engineers in shaping data pipelines.
• Improve workflows, data quality, and how teams use analytics.
• Mentor team members and explore new tools and methods.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Economics, or related with 5+ years experience, OR Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years as a business/data analyst in consumer, digital, or technology fields.
• Advanced SQL skills, including query optimization and design for scalability.
• Experience building complex dashboards in Tableau and/or Power BI.
• Familiarity with ETL processes, APIs, and connecting systems.
• Ability to translate business questions/problems into data requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to data accuracy and efficiency.
• Clear, concise communicator across teams and levels.
• Ability to direct smaller multi-functional projects and influence decisions with evidence-based recommendations.
