What you will do

• Partner with Field leadership to define, measure, and monitor key performance metrics across pipeline health, bookings, productivity, and retention.
• Deliver high-quality insights and analysis that guide tactical and strategic decisions, supporting both day-to-day operations and long-term growth initiatives.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and models that provide real-time visibility into field performance using hirify.global’s Insight360 platform and modern BI tools.
• Collaborate with the central Data team to ensure data integrity, develop new data capabilities, and define requirements for future enhancements to the data platform.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on key topics such as funnel conversion, territory design, forecasting accuracy, and field capacity planning.

Requirements

• Experience with key performance metrics across pipeline health, bookings, productivity, and retention.
• Experience delivering high-quality insights and analysis that guide tactical and strategic decisions.
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards, reports, and models.
• Experience collaborating with the central Data team to ensure data integrity, develop new data capabilities, and define requirements for future enhancements to the data platform.
• Experience conducting deep-dive analyses on key topics such as funnel conversion, territory design, forecasting accuracy, and field capacity planning.
