TL;DR

Senior Analyst, Analytics (Adtech): Building and optimizing data management and visualization platforms for media strategies with an accent on quantitative data analysis, statistical modeling, and business case development. Focus on designing, customizing, and maintaining platforms for contract management, business intelligence, and user access, while ensuring all client materials meet expectations.

Location: Hybrid, with teams in the office around four days a week. Must be based in Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, or San Francisco, United States.

Salary: $45,000–$90,000 USD

What you will do

  • Develop project timelines and deliverable schedules in collaboration with senior staff.
  • Deliver projects independently, proactively communicating progress and issues.
  • Ensure all client materials meet or exceed expectations and are delivered on time.
  • Conduct client calls and establish strong relationships through industry knowledge.
  • Develop creative and media strategies in collaboration with other departments.
  • Develop measurement plans and reports relevant to client business and testing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field, or equivalent professional work experience.
  • 2-4 years of relevant media work experience, with digital media experience required.
  • Strong analytical abilities and quantitative skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, and graphs.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other web analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of ad server technology, mainly Google Campaign Manager.
  • Experience with Tableau and PowerBI.
  • Strong understanding of media metrics (e.g., buying models, CPV, VCR, GRP) and quantitative business measures.

Nice to have

  • Python, R, and SQL experience.
  • Knowledge of media industry research tools like MRI, Nielsen Net Ratings, Ad Relevance, Pathmatics, and Forrester.
