Salary: $143,600.00 – $229,400.00 annually (for specific high-cost US states)

What you will do

• Define, measure, and report on success metrics for complex projects and pilots.
• Identify high-impact opportunities to improve sales performance and operational efficiency.
• Partner with leaders to translate business challenges into analytic questions and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with Engineering to identify necessary data sources and provide data model requirements.
• Work with internal customers to understand requirements and design analytical solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5–10 years of experience in an analytical role, using data to inform business decisions.
• Experience communicating complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders with strong business acumen.
• Strong bias for action, including applying the 80/20 rule to prioritize high-impact analyses.
• Ability to independently design and communicate an analytical roadmap.
• Deep understanding of core statistical concepts (e.g., probability, randomness, correlation, sampling distributions).
• Expert in SQL and business intelligence/visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).

Nice to have

• Experience with scripting and automation (such as Python or similar).
