What you will do

• Lead the Design System team to improve other teams' productivity and design consistency.
• Design and implement solutions, ensuring scalability, maintainability, performance, and accessibility.
• Collaborate with Design and Engineers to define processes and guarantee deadlines.
• Serve as a focal point for communication with other teams.
• Act as a technical reference, mentoring engineers and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Inspire others by caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues'.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong expertise in React and React Native, with understanding of related technologies.
• Experience developing and/or using Design Systems.
• Experience managing engineers and team processes.
• Capable of architecting large-scale, multi-tier web applications.
• Effective communication skills in Portuguese and English.
