What you will do

• Lead mobile initiatives to improve rider and driver app performance and user experience across iOS and Android.
• Own and execute a roadmap focused on scalability, handling peak demand, and reducing latency in core flows.
• Drive cross-functional projects with Product, Design, and Backend teams to launch new features end-to-end.
• Improve engineering quality and velocity by evolving mobile architecture and strengthening code review standards.
• Build and grow a high-performing team through hiring, mentoring, and supporting engineers.
• Optimize team processes, including release cycles, CI/CD, and testing frameworks.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building production-scale mobile applications (iOS or Android).
• Proven experience leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture and modern development practices such as MVVM and CI/CD.
• Ability to work collaboratively across mobile, backend, and product domains.
• Must be based in London for a hybrid working model.
