Location: Holmdel, New Jersey (Hybrid). This is a remote position for accounts in the United States that may require travel up to 25%.

What you will do
- Proactively solicit and drive new business within assigned accounts.
- Build, monitor, and handle a sales pipeline to ensure consistent achievement of quotas.
- Lead the entire contract renewal process, coordinating with various internal teams.
- Maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data.
- Uncover customer business issues through a consultative approach and craft value-based proposals.
- Conduct Executive Business Reviews to deeply understand client needs and link them to hirify.global' products.
Requirements
- 5+ years of account management, customer relationship management, or sales experience in Software-as-a-Service required.
- Proven success in consistently achieving retention and growth sales quotas.
- Demonstrated ability of basic sales acumen and drive in a quota-responsible sales environment.
- Ability to effectively connect with customers, build relationships, and uncover opportunities.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to navigate a customer’s internal organization.
- Ability to clearly present material and effectively overcome objections.

- Experience with Salesforce.
- Experience with 360 degree selling methodology.
- Experience in the HR services / technology industry.
