Salary: $80,000–$90,000/year (base); On-target earnings (OTE): $160,000–$180,000/year.

What you will do
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for your mid-market territory.
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to contract negotiation.
- Partner with Sales Development, Marketing, RevOps, Customer Success, and Product teams.
- Shape and iterate the go-to-market approach for the US mid-market.
- Deliver accurate pipeline insights to sales leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years as a quota-carrying AE in a high-performing SaaS sales environment.
- Confident communicator who can inspire and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Adaptable, resourceful, and excited by change in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
- Skilled in uncovering pain points and tailoring your message.
- Comfortable operating cross-functionally and contributing to a broader team mission.
- Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline.
- English: C1+ required (Fluent with outstanding verbal and written communication skills).
