TL;DR

Mid-Market Account Executive (Sales): Responsible for acquiring and growing mid-market customers across the US, leading the entire sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation. With an accent on developing and executing go-to-market strategies for the US mid-market. Focus on consistently surpassing revenue targets in a high-growth SaaS environment and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Location: This is a hybrid role, requiring you to work from our Boston office 3 days per week, with flexibility to work remotely on other days. Focus on the US mid-market.

Salary: $80,000–$90,000/year (base); On-target earnings (OTE): $160,000–$180,000/year.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for your mid-market territory.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to contract negotiation.
  • Partner with Sales Development, Marketing, RevOps, Customer Success, and Product teams.
  • Shape and iterate the go-to-market approach for the US mid-market.
  • Deliver accurate pipeline insights to sales leadership.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years as a quota-carrying AE in a high-performing SaaS sales environment.
  • Confident communicator who can inspire and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Adaptable, resourceful, and excited by change in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
  • Skilled in uncovering pain points and tailoring your message.
  • Comfortable operating cross-functionally and contributing to a broader team mission.
  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline.
  • English: C1+ required (Fluent with outstanding verbal and written communication skills).
