What you will do
- Lead client kickoff meetings and support training for system onboarding and adoption.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and client advocate for assigned hospital and healthcare clients.
- Drive adoption, engagement, and long-term success of the VersaBadge platform.
- Identify opportunities to expand solution usage and support account growth initiatives.
- Partner closely with implementation, support, sales, and product teams for a seamless client experience.
- Monitor account health, usage trends, and key success metrics.
Requirements
- Experience in healthcare, SaaS, account management, or customer success is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility.
- Client-focused mindset with a passion for serving healthcare organizations.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools (e.g., Jira, Google Suite, Monday.com).
- Willingness to travel 40% or as needed to attend client site deployments.
