What you will do
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of account executives, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Lead the team in executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and aligning engagement plans with customer needs.
- Partner with key decision-makers to develop joint investment plans and build long-term customer loyalty.
- Understand customers' business needs and the competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.
- Shape, iterate, and scale the sales strategy, improving team practices, tools, and content.
- Work collaboratively across sales, engineering, marketing, channel, product, and customer success teams.
Requirements
- 6+ years experience in technology-related sales, technical selling, or a related field (or Bachelor's Degree + 4 years, or Master's Degree + 2 years).
- Ability to work onsite in our Bellevue, WA or San Francisco, CA office a minimum of two days per week.
Nice to have
- 8+ years experience in technology-related sales (or Bachelor's Degree + 6 years, or Master's Degree + 4 years).
- Strong track record of driving revenue growth, leading high-performing sales teams, and executing go-to-market strategies.
- 1+ year(s) experience managing people in deal-closing roles.
- Proven experience in sales leadership within SaaS, DevOps, or software development industries, selling into Engineering and IT stakeholders.
