TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (Cybersecurity): Building and maximizing customer lifetime value within an assigned portfolio by delivering a great customer experience and maximizing product usage. Focus on managing customer onboarding, driving adoption, conducting business reviews, and coordinating renewals and upsells to exceed customer expectations.

Location: Must be based in the greater Tampa Bay area, Florida

What you will do

  • Forge relationships with new customers, including management and executive stakeholders, and understand their objectives.
  • Manage customer onboarding, including account configuration, product and best practice training, and initial campaigns.
  • Monitor customer usage, adoption, and customer health metrics.
  • Perform periodic business reviews and strategic engagement reviews to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with Renewal Specialists for customer renewals and related upsell opportunities.
  • Maintain impeccable administration of your accounts in CRM and meet bookings targets and quotas.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience and education preferred.
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT Security Field.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM.
  • Prior experience as a Customer Success Manager preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications and superior customer service skills.
  • Ability to build a rapport through phone calls, email, and video conferencing.
