Customer Success Manager (Mid Market)

TL;DR
Customer Success Manager (Cybersecurity): Building long-term relationships with mid-market clients to maximize product adoption and lifetime value with an accent on consultative engagement and strategic account planning. Focus on managing the customer onboarding journey, identifying up-sell opportunities, and ensuring consistent achievement of retention and performance targets.
Location: Must be based in the greater Tampa Bay area

What you will do
- Manage the onboarding process for new customers, including account configuration and training.
- Develop and execute strategic engagement plans to help customers achieve their security objectives.
- Monitor customer health metrics, product usage, and adoption rates to proactively address churn risks.
- Conduct periodic business and strategic reviews with executive stakeholders.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Renewal Specialists and Account Managers to identify and capture up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and web browsers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport via phone and video conferencing.
- Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be located in the greater Tampa Bay area.
- Familiarity with standard concepts and practices in the IT security field.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in a Customer Success Manager role.
- Prior experience or exposure to IT/Cybersecurity environments.
