What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of small to medium business accounts, serving as the main point of contact for customers.
- Proactively engage customers based on reporting insights to encourage product adoption and address issues.
- Collaborate internally to minimize renewal risk and champion customer needs within the organization.
- Drive customer advocacy initiatives and refer customers to the Sales Department for potential upgrades or early renewals.
- Propose and implement improvements of processes and work procedures within the team.
- Manage, plan, and delegate work to team members, providing regular feedback and evaluating performance.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Management/business or a relevant field.
- 3 years of work experience.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools (ideally Salesforce).
- Basic knowledge of Qliksense or Tableau and the Cybersecurity Industry.
- English: C2 (Native/near-native) required.
- Attention to Detail, Proactivity, and Analytical thinking.
- Skilled in conflict resolution and prone to accepting feedback.
