What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of small to medium business accounts, serving as the main point of contact for customers.
• Proactively engage customers based on reporting insights to encourage product adoption and address issues.
• Collaborate internally to minimize renewal risk and champion customer needs within the organization.
• Drive customer advocacy initiatives and refer customers to the Sales Department for potential upgrades or early renewals.
• Propose and implement improvements of processes and work procedures within the team.
• Manage, plan, and delegate work to team members, providing regular feedback and evaluating performance.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Management/business or a relevant field.
• 3 years of work experience.
• Working knowledge of CRM tools (ideally Salesforce).
• Basic knowledge of Qliksense or Tableau and the Cybersecurity Industry.
• English: C2 (Native/near-native) required.
• Attention to Detail, Proactivity, and Analytical thinking.
• Skilled in conflict resolution and prone to accepting feedback.
