TL;DR

Customer Success, Upsell Expert (Marketing Platform): Working with current clients to empower, educate, and enhance their usage of an all-in-one digital marketing platform with an accent on proper package placement and add-on functionality. Focus on SMB customers and achieving business goals by leveraging proven communication skills.

Location: Requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in our Waltham, MA office.

Salary: $50,000 - $62,500 USD

What you will do

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to warm leads with the intent of upgrading/adding add-ons to increase customer spend and retention.
• Inspire small businesses to grow their business with our ever-growing suite of email and digital marketing solutions.
• Understand a basic sales methodology to conduct a value-based conversation supporting a customer's desire to continue their marketing to achieve their goals.
• Deliver against monthly conversion targets to achieve quotas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 1-2 years related experience in Sales.
• Strong passion for helping small businesses succeed.
• Exceptional and persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate business value in the context of software platform solutions.
• Preferred experience with CRM and office productivity platforms, e.g., Salesforce, Google Workspace.
