Customer Success Manager (SaaS)

Customer Success Manager (Climate Program): Providing ongoing support to clients building relationships, implementing new programs that will increase business’ revenue potentials and minimize churn rates with an accent on efficiently resolving issues with solutions tailored to their needs. Focus on analyzing customer data to identify usage trends and patterns and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

What you will do
- Enable successful customer journeys by accompanying customers during onboarding, being the primary point of contact, and supporting deployment and adoption of .
- Develop and implement onboarding, adoption, and retention plans for customers.
- Ensure delivers value to customers by educating them and connecting them with resources.
- Work closely with Implementation and Sales teams to create a seamless experience and optimize onboarding time.
- Analyze customer data to identify usage trends and improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Work with the marketing team to develop customer advocacy programs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, business development, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and customer success platforms; Intercom is a plus.
- Experience working in a SaaS company, ideally in the B2B Enterprise space.
- Experience and understanding of the ESG/Sustainability industry.
