What you will do
- Synthesize hirify.global’s diverse portfolio into high-value, cohesive narratives and problem-first messaging for the Life Sciences market.
- Lead segment marketing, developing and owning end-to-end campaign strategies to drive pipeline generation.
- Create and maintain foundational commercial toolkits, including segment-specific playbooks and high-stakes pitch decks.
- Identify funnel bottlenecks and develop messaging interventions to progress opportunities and accelerate sales motion.
- Drive Life Sciences Commercial Marketing Strategy, identifying product gaps and influencing the product roadmap.
- Build and maintain scalable sources of truth using modern AI tools and frameworks for commercial asset delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8-12+ years in Product Marketing, Commercial Strategy, Management Consulting, or a related commercial role.
- 5-7 years of specific experience selling to, marketing to, or working within the Life Sciences vertical (Top 40 Pharma strongly preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to enable sales or business development teams within complex, multi-stakeholder B2B sales cycles.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the Life Sciences Sales Lead, providing market signals to refine the go-to-market approach.
