Location: For this role, hirify.global is currently only considering candidates who are authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship, and are within the New York City metro area. Our expectation for this role is to be in the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We will provide relocation assistance to anyone who does not already reside in the NYC metro area.
Salary: $145,000 - $170,000 a year

What you will do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive account-based marketing (ABM) strategy aligned with ideal customer profiles and revenue goals.
- Leverage intent data, account intelligence platforms, and firmographic/technographic data to identify and prioritize in-market accounts.
- Design and orchestrate multi-touch, multi-channel campaigns tailored to specific accounts and buying committees.
- Partner with sales and BDR teams to align on account selection, penetration strategies, and personalized outreach.
- Create account-specific plays and content strategies addressing unique challenges of health system stakeholders.
- Develop measurement frameworks and dashboards to track program performance, pipeline impact, and ROI.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, including experience in demand generation, growth, or revenue-aligned programs.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B account-based marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing.
- Deep understanding of ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase, Terminus), GTM tools (e.g., Clay, Apollo), marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot), and Salesforce.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data and metrics to drive decision-making and optimize campaigns.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms (LinkedIn, Google Ads, programmatic display) and executing coordinated, multi-channel campaigns.
- Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
- Must be within the New York City metro area.
