Salary: US$184,000–US$225,000 OTE, plus equity.

What you will do
- Define solution positioning and value propositions for AI-driven HCLS workloads on the hirify.global AI Cloud.
- Create messaging frameworks, sales tools, and competitive battlecards to accelerate seller velocity.
- Develop high-impact assets including solution briefs, demo narratives, and event presentations.
- Enable and train sales teams and partners on positioning hirify.global for HCLS use cases.
- Partner with demand generation to drive industry pipeline campaigns and event activations.
- Lead joint solution marketing initiatives with key ecosystem partners like NVIDIA.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in solution marketing, product marketing, or technical GTM roles in healthcare & life sciences, AI/ML Platforms, or Cloud infrastructure is required.
- Strong understanding of pharma, biotech, drug development, genomics, or adjacent HCLS workflows is required.
- Strong storytelling ability to translate complex technical workflows into compelling messaging.
- Proven experience driving cross-functional alignment with product, sales, and technical teams.
- Familiarity with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and GPU-accelerated AI workloads.
