What you will do
- Own the end-to-end competitive intelligence function, monitoring market developments and evaluating products.
- Develop and maintain competitive battle cards, win/loss insights, and detailed product comparisons.
- Become a subject-matter expert on hirify.global's product capabilities and the broader legal AI ecosystem.
- Translate competitive findings into product recommendations, informing positioning, packaging, and prioritization.
- Synthesize macro market trends (AI adoption in legal, regulatory shifts) into strategic implications.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to incorporate field intelligence and produce enablement content.
Requirements
- 4 years post-college with 2+ years at a tech company required.
- Hands-on experience with technical products, comfortable evaluating AI-driven features and product capabilities.
- Ability to structure messy, incomplete information into clear, decision-ready output (MECE structuring).
- Experience working cross-functionally with PM, PMM, Marketing, Sales, and CS teams.
Nice to have
- 5+ years in competitive intelligence, product marketing, market research, or strategy in B2B SaaS.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, able to present to executives and write for sellers.
- Experience in legal technology or related vertical.
- Familiarity with AI product evaluation (model output quality, accuracy, hallucination rates, UX).
- Prior experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, or Product Marketing.
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce) and knowledge management systems.
- Experience standing up or scaling a competitive intelligence function.
