What you will do
- Define and execute hirify.global’s market strategy by translating technical innovation into compelling messaging, high-value collateral, and competitive campaigns.
- Optimize platform growth and revenue by aligning customer pain points with high-value use cases to inform pricing, packaging, and feature adoption strategies.
- Execute comprehensive buyer and patient research to refine platform messaging, deepen persona insights, and identify high-impact opportunities.
- Enable customer-facing teams by developing standardized sales tools, consistent platform messaging, and actionable insights.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare/SaaS product marketing, marketing, strategy, or product management.
- Proven ability to coordinate and create consensus within cross-functional groups without formal authority.
- Exceptional client presentation and customer interview skills, as well as writing skills for B2B audiences.
- Ability to balance shifting priorities within higher-level business and ambitious department goals.
- Ability to learn new products and evaluate them from the market’s perspective.
