What you will do
- Become an expert on hirify.global’s product and conduct discovery calls, customized demos, and presentations.
- Be a trusted advisor by understanding customer mission needs to drive the hirify.global solution.
- Prospect, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams.
- Achieve sales quotas for allocated accounts and/or territory by developing a regional sales plan.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales engineering, marketing, and legal.
Requirements
- 8 to 10 years of field sales experience with consistent success meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
- Experience selling technical solutions and software products into the enterprise market, specifically within the Federal Civilian space.
- Demonstrable experience executing enterprise complex sales strategies within Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Data Science and/or AI/ML.
- Familiarity with a solution-based approach to selling and managing complex sales processes.
- Ability to independently manage, develop, and close new client relationships.
- Proven ability to hit multi-million dollar revenue targets on an annual basis.
