TL;DR

Director of Channel Partnerships - NAMER: Leading a team to build and manage channel partnerships with leading VARs to drive growth for hirify.global and its partners with an accent on fostering a high-performance team culture and cultivating strong relationships with key executives. Focus on revenue generation, partner enablement, and strategic alignment within the NAMER GTM organization.

Location: Must be based in the United States with ability to travel ~30% of the time.

Salary: $305k - $352k OTE + equity

What you will do

  • Foster a high-performance team culture to exceed goals across sourced revenue, enabled revenue, deal registrations, and partner-led services.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key executives at partner companies.
  • Advocate for partners and ensure their needs are central to GTM strategy through close collaboration with sales, sales engineering, and marketing teams.
  • Recruit new partners to kick-start new sales territories and amplify the hirify.global message in the market.
  • Utilize tools including SFDC and PRM software to understand partner performance and inform ongoing partner strategy.
  • Balance mid-to-long-term partnership requirements with short-term revenue growth needs.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in partnerships roles at SaaS/technology companies, including 5+ years managing high-performing partner/channel teams.
  • Proven leadership experience necessary to manage a team of partner managers.
  • Strong motivational skills with the ability to grow talent and manage by goal-setting with consistent business reviews.
  • Track record of over-achievement of quotas and business goals.
  • Strong C-level network within the security and IT/Technology VAR community and wider partner ecosystem across the U.S.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
