Focus on exceeding assigned quota, managing virtual resources to tackle large and complex sales cycles, and driving superior customer experience.

Location: Remote within US (Kentucky/Indiana region)

Salary: $85,000–$255,000 base + commission

What you will do

  • Articulate the value of the hirify.global platform to decision makers and manage complex sales cycles.
  • Nurture and develop relationships within assigned territory, presenting to C-suite.
  • Collaborate with Partner and Marketing teams on prospecting and sales efforts.
  • Generate sales development activity and ensure accurate pipeline management with SFDC.
  • Conduct online webinars or in-person presentations.
  • Travel as needed.

Requirements

  • Significant enterprise software sales experience, generating and closing large & complex transactions.
  • Strong team mentality and ability to manage virtual resources in sales cycles.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota.
  • Experience calling on and presenting to C-Suite level contacts.
  • Background building and cultivating relationships with partner ecosystems.
  • Ability to evangelize and build new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
